Everything has to start somewhere, and for me it was with Coltrane. Ever since discovering jazz, music has been a major part of my life - a constant companion as I design, illustrate, and edit photos. I've had the pleasure of photographing many amazingly talented artists, all whom I look up to as people and musicians - Kenneth Whalum, Bilal Oliver, and Reuben James to name a few. My photography has been featured in album art, publications, and on billboards. There really is nothing like collaborating with other creative people. My passion for photography and portraiture grows with each photoshoot. Artist portraiture is a side hustle I don't plan on giving up any time soon.
